Privacy and Data

How Versizo handles your information: what's collected, where it lives, who can see it, and how to delete it.

What data does Versizo collect?

Versizo collects what's needed to run your account: your email address and name, your uploaded photos and generated images, your subscription status, and basic usage signals like how many tokens you've spent and when. We don't sell data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Where are my images stored?

Securely in the cloud, with uploaded room photos kept private to your account. Only you (and Versizo support, on request, when troubleshooting) can view them. Generated images are also stored against your account and only become public if you choose to publish them to a portfolio or share link.

Does Versizo use my images to train AI?

No. Your uploaded photos and generated designs are not used to train AI models. They're yours, used only to deliver the service you've asked for and to display them back to you when you return to your projects.

Can other users see my designs?

No, unless you choose to share them. By default, every project, generation, and uploaded photo is private to your account. Designs become visible to others only when you publish a portfolio (Business) or create a share link to send to a specific person.

How do I delete my data?

Email [email protected] with a deletion request from the email address linked to your account. Account deletion removes your profile, generations, uploaded photos, projects, and any portfolio. Deletion is permanent and can't be reversed. Saved designs and share links stop working immediately.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Versizo never sees or stores your card number, expiry, or CVV. Those details live with Stripe end-to-end. Versizo only sees a non-sensitive customer ID and your subscription status.

Does Versizo comply with Australian privacy law?

Yes. Versizo is an Australian company and complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. That includes clear consent for what's collected, secure handling of personal information, and a process for requesting access to or deletion of your data.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Cancelling a subscription drops you to the Free plan but doesn't delete your data. If you go further and close your account, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted. During that window you can email support to reactivate; after it ends, recovery isn't possible.

Info

Want a copy of your data? Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account and request a data export. We'll send back your profile, generations, and uploaded images so you have a copy before any deletion decision.
